Call us before you call the insurer. We'll explain your rights, start the claim with the at-fault driver's insurer and talk you through getting a replacement vehicle — all before you commit to anything.
Most comprehensive policies let you nominate a repairer, but it depends on your insurer and your policy wording. Call us with your insurer's name and we'll tell you where you stand before you commit.
Most comprehensive policies cover smash repairs. We lodge and manage the claim for you and tell you upfront what your excess will be — if the other driver is at fault, we'll explain how that changes things.
It covers the workmanship on the repairs we carry out — panel work, paint and refinishing — for as long as you own the vehicle. It doesn't cover new accident damage, normal wear and tear, rust that pre-dated the repair, or damage caused by others working on the same panels. Full written terms are provided with your invoice, and your rights under Australian Consumer Law always apply.
Small panel and paint jobs are usually 2–4 days. Structural or parts-dependent repairs take longer — you get a firm timeline with your quote.
We fit genuine OEM parts wherever your policy allows, and quality certified alternatives where it doesn't. Either way we tell you which is going on your car before we start.
